Bad news.
My mom got rid of Mouse this past Friday. I had a feeling it would happen, but I didn’t think she would actually do it. It was like, as soon as she got Lily, Mouse and Zoey were awful dogs, and they needed to go. Well, Zoey’s my stepdad’s baby girl, so that means that everything got blamed on me and Mouse. He suddenly became a misbehaved, untrained dog that wouldn’t listen to anyone…which is partially true. He was very attached to me, so I was really the only one he obeyed.
One of Mom’s arguments was that Mouse was “just too big,” and that he “needs more space to run around in”. Well, why didn’t you think about that when you brought home a St. Bermastiff for me?!
So, yeah, this weekend sucked. I really miss Mouse… :/

It’s been ridiculously nice here (weather-wise). Well, I think so at least. It’s been about 80 every day, which is incredible. I hate the cold, lol. Mouse, on the other hand…well, he’s not such a happy camper about it. It’s not warm enough to turn the AC on, so my poor baby is so hot… :/ Like, right now, he’s laying on the tiled section of my room (where his kennel used to be, but I took it down the other day — finally!), just panting away.
He’s gonna need to get shaved this summer, probs.
Also, Mouse's 8 month birth anniversary was last week.
And I bet he’s close to 115lbs.
The weather today has been SO PRETTY! Oh my Jesus…and Mouse is loving it. He wants no part of the indoors, haha.

I was away for most of the day today, so now Mouse is being an obnoxious little butt (I use “little” in the most generic of senses, lol ‘cause let’s be real here, there is nothing little about him).
Mouse is being such a cuddle bug right now. It makes my heart super happy, lol.
Mouse is being awful talkative today.
It’s kind of cute, but really annoying.
So, repeats of the Puppy Bowl are still on. I look up from my laptop to see Mouse sitting in front of my tv, watching it intently, and making little noises at the puppies on-screen.
Mouse and Lily got to play together last night. By play together, I mean that Mouse got to lay there while Lily bounced all around. I was worried that, because of his size and clutzy nature, he might accidentally hurt her, but he was really good. c:
